This page brings together the legal information for DeltaReview: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Intellectual Property, in one place. Jump to a section above, or read each policy in full via the links below.
DeltaReview is a free, no-account code diff analysis tool built and operated by me, Rida Rahim, as an individual sole proprietor (not currently under any LLC or corporate entity). By using the Service you agree to the Terms, which cover acceptable use, service availability, disclaimers of warranty, and limitation of liability, since the Service is provided as-is and free of charge. My liability to you is capped at $0, but if your use of the Service gets me sued by a third party, you agree to cover my legal costs uncapped.
Read the full Terms of ServiceCode and diffs you submit are sent to Groq for AI analysis. Groq operates as an inference engine and, to my knowledge, does not use API-submitted data to train its own models. If you use the bug or feature report tool, a screenshot and session details are collected and stored via ImgBB and GitHub respectively. DeltaReview does not require account registration for its core functionality.
Read the full Privacy PolicyYou retain full ownership of any source code, snippets, or diffs you submit to DeltaReview (Your Content). I claim no ownership over it. By submitting Your Content, you grant me a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and display it solely to provide the diff-analysis functionality, including transmitting it to Groq for AI processing.
The DeltaReview name, logo, branding, user interface, design, and underlying software (excluding open-source components it may depend on) are owned by Rida Rahim. Nothing in these policies transfers any of that ownership to you.
If you submit a feature request or bug report, you agree that I may use that feedback to improve DeltaReview without any obligation or compensation owed to you.
DeltaReview relies on third-party services and open-source software (including Groq for AI inference, and GitHub / ImgBB for report storage). Their respective owners retain all rights to their own technology.
